We are pleased to announce that Peter Imperioli has joined McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine in the position of Associate Director, Systems, Medical Education.
Reporting to Catherine Millar, Director, Administration and Operations, Medical Education, Peter will oversee the operational activities of the medical education systems team, defining and implementing service delivery standards. In addition, Peter will provide guidance to senior administration and academic leadership on systems infrastructure, participate in the development and ensure implementation of new initiatives to support the strategic direction of both UGME and PGME, and foster effective working relationships with units within the Faculty of Medicine and across McGill University.
Peter brings 20-years of management experience in the IT sector. He spent a significant portion of his career at Hewlett Packard where he held several increasingly senior positions. Most recently, he was the Customer Support Section Manager with HPE/Micro Focus, a multinational software and information technology business. In this role, he gained global experience, collaborating with large software partners from around the world. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.
