Dr. Singer is a clinician and scientist of the highest regard. He has been President of the European Neuroscience Association and Chair of the Programme Committee of FENS, the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies. His research addresses some of the most important questions in modern neuroscience and covers a broad range of species and methods of inquiry. Dr. Singer has authored books on topics ranging from philosophy of mind to dynamic of coordination of neural circuits.
