The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre’s (RI-MUHC) 2012-2013 annual report, titled “Research without boundaries” highlights another banner year for the Institute. Each day, RI-MUHC investigators push the limits of medical science with projects that aim to eradicate disease and develop new treatments and cures for the benefit of humanity. The Institute’s 550 researchers and 1200 graduate students, post-doctorates and clinical fellows produce 1700 peer-reviewed scientific publications annually, a result of 1919 clinical studies that include collaborations with more than 35 countries.
