‘Evidence-Informed Healthcare Renewal (EIHR) Portal’

Thursday, June 19, 2014
12:30 – 2:00 p.m.

If you are a policy analyst, health system decision-maker, researcher, student or journalist, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to discover a “one-stop-shop” to access the latest healthcare renewal evidence.

The Evidence-Informed Healthcare Renewal Portal (EIHR Portal) is a comprehensive repository containing 25 types of healthcare renewal documents. This includes situation analyses, jurisdictional reviews and health system data across priority areas identified by Canadian federal, provincial and territorial governments such as information and communication technology, performance indicators and research innovation.

Hear from health services researchers, funders and knowledge users about how this resource is changing the landscape of knowledge translation and policy development across the country.

The EIHR Portal is an initiative of the Evidence-Informed Healthcare Renewal Roundtable, and is managed through collaboration between the McMaster Health Forum and Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
