Dr. Myrna Lashley, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at McGill and adjunct researcher at the Culture and Mental Health Research Unit of the Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research is the Quebec English-language spokesperson for Black History Month 2018.  In a recent opinion piece for the Montreal Gazette, Dr. Lashley reminds us that black history is not a thing apart but an integral part of Quebec and Canadian history.
