CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame invites you to nominate someone, living or posthumous, whose contributions to medicine and the health sciences have led to extraordinary improvements in human health. Candidates are recognized for their innovative leadership in one or more of the following categories:
- Builder of health education, health research and/or the creation of an institute or program that has endured to the benefit of human health
- Excellence in Health Care exemplifying professionalism and services to humankind
- Excellence in Health Research in the fields of basic research, clinical research, health services, or population and public health
