The World Cancer Congress will bring together cancer leaders, cancer charities and advocates from around the world to learn from other experts, exchange knowledge and best practices, and network. This event will help keep cancer at the forefront of the global health agenda. Organised by the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) and hosted by Fondation québécoise du cancer, McGill University and the Centre universitaire de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), the Congress is expected to attract more than 3,000 participants and world leaders to Montréal, August 27-30. Open to the public for the first time, the Congress has aims to raise awareness on cancer prevention.
