In October, we asked for input as part of the consultation process for the redesign of the 3rd floor study space of the McIntyre Building.

Firstly, a big THANK YOU to everyone who shared ideas by email at lslredesign.med@mcgill.caor on the whiteboard located on-site.  As submissions come in, we can see how the new space could take shape. Some common themes include: separate “quiet” and “group” spaces, coffee and healthy snack bar, pods, hours and cushions.

Secondly, please keep your ideas coming to ensure the redesign is addressing your current and future study needs. In the next few weeks, you will have more opportunities to weigh in:

Stop by the cafeteria on the 5thfloor of the McIntyre for FREE coffee and cookies Tuesday, Nov. 26 and Thursday, Nov. 28, 11:30 to 1:30, and complete our One-question survey,

-Go online at http://www.mcgill.ca/medicine/about/libraries/one-question-survey and complete the questionnaire there, or

-Email us at lslredesign.med@mcgill.ca anytime.

We look forward to seeing you at the cafeteria and reading your ideas online.
