Scheduled to open to patients in summer 2015, the MUHC’s Glen campus will house the Royal Victoria Hospital, the Montreal Children’s Hospital, the Montreal Chest Institute, the new Cancer Centre and the MUHC Research Institute. The Shriners Hospital for Children, not yet under construction, expects to break ground by next spring with hopes of completing work by September 2015. It will adjoin the children’s wing. Last month, the Montreal Neurological Hospital and Institute announced it expects to move to a new facility on the Westmount side of the property by 2019.
