On October 26, 2023, the Faculty hosted a special awards ceremony to recognize and celebrate the laureates of three of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences’ most prestigious awards: the Maude Abbott, Haile T. Debas and Rosemary Wedderburn Brown Prizes.
Congratulations to the co-recipients of the Maude Abbott Prize, Daniela Quail, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and the Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute, and Emily G. McDonald, MDCM, Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine; Haile T. Debas Prize recipient Nitika Pant Pai, MD, PhD, Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine; and Rosemary Wedderburn Brown Prize recipient Laurence Roy, OT, PhD, Associate Professor in the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy.
