On Wednesday, October 31st,  1,600 students graduated at the 2012 Fall Convocation.

More than 800 graduates attended one of the two ceremonies at Place des Arts to receive their diplomas from our University chancellor H. Arnold Steinberg.

In addition, McGill bestowed its highest honour upon two outstanding individuals by awarding them an honorary degree at the University’s fall Convocation ceremonies: Michael Meighen, former Canadian senator, lawyer and cultural patron; and Daniel Lamarre, Canadian businessman and President and Chief Executive Officer of the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil.

Graduates from the Faculty of Medicine included those from The School of Nursing,  The School of Physical and Occupational Therapy and the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
