A student-run non-profit that works to foster the student voice in science policy and evidence-informed policy-making in Canada, last year the “Science & Policy Exchange” proposed to include a panel at the 2017 Canadian Science Policy Conference on how to improve science communication. Now, a group of McGill Faculty of Medicine students from the group – Tina Gruosso, Vanessa Sung, Shawn McGuirk, Marie Franquin and Mary-Rose Bradley-Gill have published a report on Medium, highlighting 10 key recommendations to take away from the panel.
