Like all of you, I am shocked and saddened by the events that have transpired in France this evening. Our thoughts go out to our students who come to us from France, their family and friends, as well as our McGill students who are in France at the moment. We offer our condolences to the people of France and those who have lost loved ones as the result of this terrible tragedy.
