20th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child 20e anniversaire de la Convention relative aux droits de l’enfant

Today marks the 20th anniversary of the international Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the United Nations on November 20, 1989. The CHU Sainte-Justine and The Montreal Children’s Hospital of the McGill University Health Centre are joining forces to highlight the importance of this day, a reminder of the many injustices committed against children around the world.

Cette année marque le 20e anniversaire de la Convention Internationale des Droits de l’Enfant adoptée par les Nations Unies le 20 novembre 1989. Le CHU Sainte-Justine et l’Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants du Centre universitaire de santé McGill unissent leurs voix afin de souligner l’importance de cette journée qui nous rappelle les nombreuses injustices perpétrées contre les enfants à travers le monde.
