Salome Kuchukhidze, a PhD student in epidemiology at McGill University, is the winner of the Relève étoile Jacques-Genest award of the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS). Her award-winning publication The effects of intimate partner violence on women’s risk of HIV acquisition and engagement in the HIV treatment and care cascade: a pooled analysis of nationally representative surveys in sub-Saharan Africa is published in The Lancet.
